As 2025 comes to a close, we celebrate a year of transformation, resilience, and progress at Maxion Wheels. We welcomed new leaders and completed the final stage of our forged aluminum truck wheel plant in Türkiye and are preparing for serial production. In South America, we strengthened our regional presence through a strategic joint venture with Polimetal. Innovation remained at the heart of our journey as we launched the Maxion FUSION wheel, made you look again at the benefits of our modernized steel wheel options, and delivered solutions that matter most to our customers. We were honored to receive various supplier awards, reflecting the trust and partnership we share with our customers worldwide and celebrated team creativity and commitment to project replication at our annual Global Maxion Team Award program. On sustainability, we made meaningful progress toward net-zero emissions and drove further action on diversity and inclusion, social impact, and wellbeing.
