Investing in in our youth is one of the most important ways we help shape the future.
Yesterday, together with Maxion İnci, Iochpe Foundation, Inci Foundation (Cevdet İnci Eğitim Vakfı) and Manisa Celal Bayar University, we celebrated the inauguration of Formare Türkiye in Manisa.
Formare is a professional qualification program that combines theoretical learning with hands-on industrial experience, helping young people develop both technical and socio-emotional skills while preparing them for the world of work.
Türkiye is the first European location to join Maxion's global Formare network, continuing a journey that has already reached Brazil, Mexico, India and Argentina.

After 441 days, 99,767 kilometers, and 92 countries across six continents, the Challenge4 team has officially secured a new Guinness World Record for the most countries visited in a continuous journey by a battery-powered electric vehicle.
Following the completion of the South America leg, the team added 13 more countries on the final stretch of the journey, traveling from Morocco all the way through the Middle East before returning to Hanover, Germany, where the record was officially confirmed during this year’s IAA TRANSPORTATION.

After a week of customer meetings, product demonstrations, technical discussions, new connections, and more than a few giveaway entries, our team is heading home inspired by the conversations we've had and the interest we've seen across our portfolio.
From forged aluminum wheels and Maxion C-GUARD to lightweight steel wheel innovations, it was a great opportunity to showcase how Maxion Wheels is helping shape the future of commercial transportation.
